To get the best experience on Nextdoor, we suggest you configure your settings as follows:

Emails (to you) when neighbors post

• Set to CUSTOM or NONE (so you don’t get too many emails).

Other emails

• We suggest Daily Digest — This way you get one email per day with the top posts.

Nearby Neighborhoods

• We suggest you personalize your list of nearby neighborhoods to our adjacent neighborhoods, such as Verdugo Woodlands, Rossmoyne & Rossmoyne Hills.  By keeping your nearby neighborhoods to a smaller group, more posts will be relevant to you.

From time to time someone on Nextdoor might post things you don’t care to see.  You can “mute” those neighbors so you no longer see their posts or comments to posts, and they won’t know.  You will only see any Urgent Alerts from a neighbor you have muted
